Certification
Participants shall be certified as Lean Green Belts upon the following criteria:
- Class attendance and active participation
- Passing an exam at the end of the course with 60% or more.
- Implementation of a Lean Green Belt project which is applied in the participant's business process which will be verified through Symbios Consulting representative onsite Visit.
- Participants who attend all classes and pass the exam shall be granted an accomplishment certificate for the course.
- Participant should finish the project within a maximum of Six months. In case he didn't, he will be granted an attendance certificate.

Course Duration
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
- program is designed to be delivered as follows :
- 11 full class days, 88 training hours, 5 blocks
- Training starts 9:00 am till 5:00 pm
- There will be Individual projects reviews and presentations at Symbios premises
- Two visits for each participant in his/her work area to verify project progress for certification:
- The first visit, 2 weeks after the second block
- The second visit, 3 weeks after the fourth block
- 1 day for the Green Belt exam.

Course Instructor
Hossam Sabbour | LSSGB, LSSBB Consultant- Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt- Leads & Deploys Lean & Six Sigma in Egypt & The Middle East.
- Lean Six Sigma MBB Consultant, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He leads the Lean & Six Sigma team to deploy Lean and Six Sigma in Egypt and the Middle East.
- Delivered training and led deployment in Egypt, KSA, Jordan, and Kuwait.
- Shared in several consulting and training projects that include profitability increase, cost reduction, defect reduction, lean deployment, Six Sigma deployment, 20 Keys implementation, factory re-layout, process improvement & optimization, and training for business leaders.
