Application of Green Belt practices targeted the plant units as:
• Plastic Injection; where Plastic Injection machines Inject all plastic molds for manufacturing products weights from 60 gm to 4000 gm with capacity from 60 tons to 1080 tons, 2
• Metal welding activities as CO2 welding and DC welding to ensure safety as well as reducing waste,
• The tooling workshop with its different CNC Milling, drilling machine, Lathe and grinding machines.

Green Belt Training includes a number of simulations and games that enhance understanding of lean and 6 sigma tools and practices. Moreover, the program ensures team working through explanation of Belbin Team Roles and putting some group work throughout the program. Plus it’s always beneficial to apply Value Stream Mapping and relevant simulation as the path for effective manufacturing physics.
